The story in short
In 2013, S. L. Wick and T. M. Lehman published the name Bravoceratops. The name means “wild horn-face.”
It lived in the Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian), roughly 72.2 to 66 million years ago. Finds come from the United States, including the Javelina Formation. It was a herbivore and walked on four legs.
The fossils of Bravoceratops are too incomplete for a responsible length, hip height, or weight, so those fields are left blank on purpose.
On the family tree it sits in Chasmosaurinae, among the horned dinosaurs.
