The story in short

Bicharracosaurus was formally named in 2026 by A. Reutter and colleagues.

It lived in the Late Jurassic (Oxfordian · Kimmeridgian), roughly 161.5 to 149.2 million years ago. Finds come from Argentina, including the Cañadón Calcáreo Formation. It was a herbivore and walked on four legs.

The fossils of Bicharracosaurus are too incomplete for a responsible length, hip height, or weight, so those fields are left blank on purpose.

On the family tree it sits in Macronaria, among the sauropod dinosaurs.
